Location
Wednesbury Temp to Perm after 12 weeks We are looking for a reliable and Saw Operative to join our production team at our Wednesbury facility.
Working Hours Monday to Thursday 7:00am
4:45pm 30-minute unpaid lunch break Key Responsibilities Operate automatic and semi-automatic saws safely and efficiently.
Set up and run Belmar saw machines to cut precision tube and bar products to specification.
Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
Read and follow production orders and technical drawings where required.
Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Work as part of the production team to achieve daily manufacturing targets.
Requirements Previous experience operating automatic or semi-automatic saws is preferred.
Experience using Belmar saw machines is advantageous.
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude with a strong focus on health and safety.
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable.
