We’re looking for a confident leader to manage a team of 6 Business Managers in a fast-paced car finance environment. This is a head office-based role with all communication handled over the phone - no in-person client work or travel required.
About the Role:
This role is focused on leading and motivating a successful sales team to drive finance performance and meet ambitious targets. You’ll oversee all day-to-day sales activity, provide coaching, and help create a culture of energy, accountability, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of 6 Business Managers
- Drive daily performance and support team to exceed KPIs and finance targets
- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Oversee all outbound and inbound sales activity conducted via phone
- Work closely with leadership to improve team processes and results
