We're expanding our Oldbury team and looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to help grow our client base and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across the Transport or Industrial sectors.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates and managing client accounts, to business development and placements. You'll be supported by a strong leadership team who are passionate about your development, and you'll have access to top tools and systems to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process for temporary and permanent roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and client visits
  • Write and post engaging job adverts across platforms
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
  • Match candidates to the right opportunities based on their skills and aspirations
  • Maintain an active database of candidates and client contacts
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards
  • Work closely with internal teams including payroll and marketing

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house), or a Resourcer ready to step up
  • Knowledge of the Transport or Industrial sectors (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong business development ability
  • Confidence using CRM systems, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Great organisation and multitasking skills
  • A team player attitude with a desire to grow and develop
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
  • An ambitious individual looking to step up from a Resourcer or Trainee role into a Consultant position
