About the Role:
We\’re 365 People… a bold, fast-growing recruitment business making serious moves in the transport, industrial and commercial sectors. Our Oldbury branch is buzzing, and we’re on the hunt for a Recruitment Account Manager ready to roll up their sleeves, smash targets, and make their mark!
What You\’ll Be Doing:
* Acquiring new accounts with industrial clients, building and maintaining relationships with key contacts
* Working alongside dedicated recruitment consultants to provide tailored recruitment solutions
* Sourcing and placing top-tier candidates in transport & industrial roles
* Building rock-solid relationships with clients and candidates alike
* Driving business development through networking
* Working closely with our tight-knit team to hit goals and have fun doing it!
About You:
* You\’ve got some recruitment experience under your belt
* You have a proven track record in managing key accounts
* You\’re driven, ambitious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* You know how to hunt for clients and match talent like a pro
