We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based at Magna Park, LE17. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable candidates looking for long-term employment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
Pay Rates:
- Reach Truck Driver: £13.42 per hour
- Reach Truck & Counterbalance Driver: £13.92 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Stock replenishment and put-away
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- General warehouse duties when required
Requirements:
- Valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
- Counterbalance licence (desirable for the higher pay rate)
- Previous FLT and warehouse experience
- Access to own vehicle due to location and shift timings
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
