Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (30 min unpaid lunch + two 10 min paid breaks)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy rural-based manufacturing site on a Temp to Perm basis. Due to the location, you must be able to drive to access the site. This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, long-standing team. Once permanent, you’ll be upskilled across departments and fully trained on both Reach and Counterbalance FLT, which comes with a pay increase.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Labelling, sampling, and decanting liquids into containers
  • Mixing solutions as part of the production process
  • Moving drums (up to 200kg pivoting/twisting required)
  • Manual lifting of up to 30kg
  • Completing basic quality and quantity checks
  • Recording stock codes and data (basic computer input)
  • Rotating through departments based on workload
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be able to drive to rural location
  • Good basic Maths, English and computer skills
  • Physically fit and able
