365 People are currently recruiting a Print Production Operative based in Coalville. Our client's team is driven by precision, quality, and pride in everything they produce. As a Production Operative, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process ensuring products are made to the highest standards, on time, every time.
What You'll Do:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet exact specifications.
- Clean ink trays and prepare the next job.
- Work as part of a close-knit team to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all health & safety procedures and report any issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to make our processes even better.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- A strong work ethic and reliability; you're someone your team can count on.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.
