We are looking for a reliable Powder Coater in Bilston.
Hours: 06:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 06:00, Monday to Friday.
As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing and coating metal components to a high-quality finish, ensuring all products meet required specifications and standards. You will be spraying items that are hung on a moving rack prior to entering the oven, using a hand sprayer. This role does not involve tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing metal surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking)
- Applying powder coating using hand spray equipment to a high standard
- Spraying items on a moving rack system before curing
- Operating curing ovens and monitoring temperatures and timings
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working to production schedules and deadlines
