In this role, you'll support staffing and operations across several client sites, making sure shifts are covered, workers are supported, and clients are happy. What you'll be doing:
- Making sure staffing levels are covered each day
- Booking and confirming temporary workers for shifts
- Helping to solve last-minute staffing needs
- Visiting sites to support workers and clients in person
- Being the first point of contact for any queries
- Keeping accurate schedules, timesheets, and records
- Supporting with recruitment and new starter onboarding
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment
- Strong people skills - confident speaking with colleagues, workers, and clients
- Organised and able to juggle different tasks at once
- Flexibility for early starts and occasional on-call cover
- A full UK driving licence and your own car
