We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Operator to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse and production environment in Newport. This is a great opportunity for an experienced FLT driver looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role:
- Operating a Reach Truck for stock movements
- Preparing kits for the production team
- Moving parts from packaging to production areas
- Loading parts onto jigs for manufacturing
- Supporting general warehouse operations
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Requirements:
- Valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse and/or production experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong reliability and teamwork
Shift & Pay:
- £14.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 14:00 – 22:00 (PM shift)
Please note: Your induction and FLT assessment will be completed on a day shift, after which you will move onto the PM shift.
Duration:
- Contract running until 27th August 2027
- Opportunity to be taken on permanently by the client
