We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drop Forge Stamper to join a busy manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating drop forging and stamping machinery to produce high-quality metal components to precise specifications.
This is a physically demanding role suited to someone with previous experience in drop forging, forging, stamping or a similar manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating drop forging and stamping machinery.
- Shaping heated metal components using dies.
- Ensuring products meet required quality and specification standards.
- Carrying out basic machinery maintenance and reporting faults.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.
- Ensuring consistent levels of productivity, accuracy and quality.
About You
- Previous experience in drop forging, forging, stamping or a similar manufacturing role.
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

- Monday to Thursday, 7:00am–4:00pm
Additional Friday hours may be available depending on production requirements.

- Once established as an FTE, the role moves onto piecework earnings.
- Average FTE earnings of £17.50–£18.00 per hour, depending on the manufacturing unit and individual output.
