365 People are currently recruiting for a Packaging Machine Operator to join our client’s team, based in North Leicester. As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure the efficient and quality packaging of tissue paper products. The role will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 2 days followed by 2 nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Packaging Machines: Set up, monitor, and operate packaging machinery to package tissue paper products according to production specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards and are free of defects.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of packaging machinery to optimize performance and longevity.
- Record-Keeping: Accurately document production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
