We are recruiting for a Night Shift Transport Admin to join a busy and growing logistics operation based in Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Night Shift Transport Admin who is looking to build a long-term career within the transport and logistics industry. As a Night Shift Transport Admin, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day transport operation, ensuring that drivers, customers and the wider transport team receive the administrative support required to keep the operation running efficiently.
The Role
- Processing transport paperwork and driver documentation
- Supporting the transport planners with daily administration
- Monitoring deliveries and updating internal systems
- Liaising with drivers, customers and warehouse teams
- Managing PODs and transport-related documentation
- Updating transport management systems accurately
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Assisting with reporting and operational administration
- Supporting the wider transport office as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Night Shift Transport Admin, Logistics Administrator or within a transport office environment
- Experience within the logistics, distribution or haulage sector is essential
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
