We are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Shunter Drivers to join our client on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and experienced HGV drivers looking for regular ongoing work, a consistent shift pattern and competitive rates of pay.
As an HGV Shunter Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Moving HGV vehicles and trailers safely around the site
- Positioning trailers correctly for loading and unloading
- Working closely with the transport and warehouse teams
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday: £16.50 per hour excluding holiday pay / £17.93 including holiday pay
- Saturday: £17.48 per hour excluding holiday pay / £19.59 including holiday pay
- Sunday: £18.98 per hour excluding holiday pay / £21.17 including holiday pay
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence is required. Previous HGV shunting or yard experience is preferred. Full training and site induction provided where required.
