365 People are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy Warehouse operation based in Coalville. The successful Warehouse Operative will be responsible for picking, packing, loading and unloading containers including alongside general warehouse duties. This is a hands-on Warehouse operative position within a busy working environment. The role will involve some heavy lifting and a good eye to detail with the successful candidate expected to work safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carrying out General Warehouse Duties Loading and unloading both vehicles and containers Picking, packing and preparing as per instructions and pick sheets Moving and handling stock safely Following health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area Working to production, warehouse or delivery targets Checking work and reporting any issues Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines Requirements Previous experience working within a warehouse is essential Previous experience within a Warehouse or a logistics environment Able to follow instructions and work to required standards Good attendance and timekeeping Reliable and hardworking Able to work independently and as part of a team How to Apply To apply for the Warehouse operative position, please submit your CV via this advert or contact 365 People directly for more information.
