We are partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing electrical wholesale business with a strong reputation across the UK. Due to continued success and investment, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their busy London branch.
The Role
Operating within a high-volume, fast-paced branch, you will be responsible for driving internal sales performance while delivering an exceptional level of service to a diverse customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter
- Producing competitive quotations and converting them into orders
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, electricians, and commercial clients
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and increase spend
- Supporting external sales and working closely with the wider branch team
- Keeping up to date with pricing, stock availability, and product ranges
