365 People are currently recruiting a Class 2 Driver on a temporary basis for one of our valued clients based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver looking for a stable, long-term role with a reputable company.
The Role
- Full-time, temp to perm position
- Varied start times depending on delivery schedules
- Monday to Friday (occasional night outs required max 2 per week)
- Multi-drop deliveries involving handball (both loose and palletised goods)
- Some heavy lifting may be required
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months Class 2 driving experience
- Valid licence with no major endorsements or bans (maximum 6 points)
- Must be able to drive manual vehicles
- Good timekeeping and reliability are essential
- Willingness to complete handball and manual work
- Willingness to night out at minimum twice a week
Pay & Benefits
- £17.00 per hour once full-time
- £25 per night out plus up to £25 parking allowance (with receipts)
- 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays once permanent
- Ongoing training and support, including weekly sessions to help with loose deliveries
- Opportunity to earn up to £46,575.36 annually
