We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Operator to join one of our bespoke pallet network clients' team. The successful candidate will have pallet network experience and hold a valid, in-date FLT licence. This role involves loading and unloading palletised freight within a fast-paced logistics environment while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. You will be required to load and unload double decker trailers.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading palletised goods from vehicles including double decker.
- Handling freight within a pallet network operation.
- Scanning, sorting, and staging pallets for dispatch.
- Ensuring goods are handled correctly to avoid damage.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Supporting the warehouse team with general duties when required.
- Valid FLT licence for counterbalance must be in date.
- Previous pallet network experience is essential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment.
