Hours: 35 per week, Monday–Friday (seasonal flexibility)

Salary: Competitive base + performance bonus

The role:

Recruiting on behalf of a leading professional sports organisation. Your mission: win new brand partners, grow existing accounts, and deliver high-impact activations that drive ROI on matchdays and beyond.

What you’ll do:

  • Prospect and qualify target brands; build a healthy sponsorship pipeline.
  • Create tailored proposals/pitch decks aligned to partner objectives.
  • Negotiate and close multi-asset deals against clear revenue KPIs.
  • Manage and renew partner accounts; ensure rights delivery and reporting.
  • Work with Marketing & Events to plan and execute activations.
  • Track performance in CRM; report on revenue, pipeline and ROI.
  • Network at industry/local events; represent the organisation professionally.
  • Keep meticulous records of activity, contracts and forecasts.

What you’ll bring:

  • 1+ year in sponsorship sales or B2B new business (sport/events preferred).
  • Evidence of closing deals and hitting targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid IT/CRM skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Salesforce/HubSpot a plus).
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working some evenings/weekends in season.
  • Understanding of commercial partnerships, hospitality and brand activation.
