We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives for our client based in Wigston. You will be working in a fast-paced drinks manufacturing environment, supporting the production of juices and energy drinks on a busy bottling and canning line. This is a repetitive, hands-on role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery used for canning and bottling beverages
- Producing, filling, packing, and labelling drinks (juices and energy drinks)
- Working on a production line in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting daily output targets of approximately 6,000 units per day
- Ensuring product quality and consistency
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience in the food & beverage manufacturing sector
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and repetitive production environment
- Good communication skills with a minimum good level of English
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Willingness to operate machinery (training provided if required)
