Personal Assistant to Assistant Directors
Location: Leicester (LE3) Pay Rate: £13.91 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary (Approx. 6 Months) Start Date: Immediate / 24th August 2026
About the Role
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to a team of Assistant Directors within a large, professional organisation.
This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining complete confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA support to Assistant Directors.
- Manage complex diaries, appointments and inboxes.
- Organise meetings, prepare documentation and provide meeting support.
- Provide cover for a Director's Personal Assistant when required.
- Handle enquiries from customers, senior stakeholders and internal departments.
- Coordinate correspondence and maintain accurate records.
- Prioritise competing workloads and meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information.
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator.
- Excellent diary and email management skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting senior managers or directors.
- A proactive and professional approach.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
