The Company: Our client is a successful and growing business that delivers projects and services across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Contracts Co-ordinator to support their operations team and ensure projects are delivered efficiently from enquiry through to completion.
The Role: This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of contracts and projects. Working closely with managers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and customers, you will coordinate resources, maintain documentation, and ensure projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the administration and coordination of multiple contracts and projects
- Obtaining supplier quotations and sourcing materials, equipment, and services
- Raising purchase orders and monitoring deliveries
- Preparing project documentation and job packs
- Coordinating accommodation and logistics for operational teams
- Liaising with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
- Checking supplier invoices and resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting with tender submissions and compliance documentation, including RAMS
- Maintaining accurate project records and contract files
- Providing general administrative support to the operations team
The Candidate: The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administration, contracts, procurement, logistics, or project support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- A high level of attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
