Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the employee lifecycle with administrative tasks (e.g. offer letters, contracts, meeting invites)
  • Assisting in recruitment coordination, including arranging interviews and candidate communication
  • Managing sensitive HR documentation with total discretion
  • Ensuring HR records and compliance are consistently up to date
  • Providing administrative assistance directly to senior managers and directors

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or coordination role
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general office systems
