We are recruiting for an experienced Goods In Manager to take ownership of a busy Goods In operation within a high-volume distribution environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be trusted to manage your own department, lead your team, make decisions, and keep the operation moving. You’ll be responsible for planning labour, managing workflow, maintaining standards, and ensuring customer service levels are consistently achieved. ROLE PURPOSE
To take full ownership of the Goods In department and run it like a business within the wider operation. You’ll be responsible for planning labour and workflow, managing people and performance, and ensuring product continues to move efficiently, even when volumes are high and warehouse capacity is under pressure. This role requires someone who anticipates problems before they happen, takes ownership of solutions, and leads from the front.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
