We're looking for an experienced Fibreglass Laminator to join our team, working on a variety of products including showers, baths, and automotive components.
Key Duties:
- Prepare moulds and apply gel coat
- Read and follow lay-up specifications
- Carry out wet-lay and spray lamination
- Use hand tools and laminating equipment safely
- Identify and rectify laminating defects
- Work with core materials, bonding pastes, patterns, and jigs
- Support trimming, polishing, and finishing processes
- Maintain quality standards, housekeeping, and accurate job records
What We're Looking For:
- Previous fibreglass laminating experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings/specifications
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Trimming and grinding experience advantageous
