Role Summary Responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, maintaining workflow, ensuring accuracy, and upholding Health & Safety standards across the shift.
Key Duties Lead and support warehouse operatives
Allocate tasks and manage daily workflow
Complete shift reports and handovers
Ensure stock accuracy and timely processing
Maintain safe working practices
Train new starters and support performance
Requirements Team Leader/Supervisor experience
Strong communication and organisation
Reliable and able to work independently
