Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

• Manage and optimise company websites, ensuring best-in-class UX and performance
• Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Plan, implement, and analyse PPC campaigns to maximise ROI
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver digital projects
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and make informed recommendations
• Stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with website CMS platforms
• Demonstrated success managing SEO and PPC campaigns

• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Must be based within a commutable distance to Peterlee
