Class 2 Driver Full-Time Opportunity | Immediate Starts
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for a well-established logistics operation delivering across the Leicester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position from day one with a reliable and supportive employer.
The Role
- General haulage & palletised multidrop deliveries
- Typically 815 drops per day (with occasional long-distance trunking)
- Working as part of the Palletways & TPN network
- Collections and deliveries to commercial premises across Leicester postcodes
- Use of tail lift and electric pump truck (some handballing may be required depending on customer)
Shifts & Hours
- Monday to Friday only no weekends
- Start times: 07:30 09:00
- Finish times: 17:00 19:00
- Shift length: 810 hours per day
Pay & Benefits
- Β£15 per hour
- Permanent contract from day one
- Paid for full shift including paid breaks
- Monthly pay (2 weeks in hand)
- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience
- Clean Licence
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ideally have pallet network experience
- Willing to complete a site induction prior to starting
