HGV Class 1 Drivers
on behalf of our client for ongoing refrigerated distribution work based around Castle Donington and Bardon. We have
4 positions available
with immediate starts for reliable drivers looking for consistent work, regular shifts and the opportunity to secure a permanent position. The Role Delivering food products to distribution centres (RDCs) Refrigerated trailer work AM starts between 03:00 – 12:00 PM starts between 14:00 – 23:00 Average shifts of 8–10 hours Loading and unloading using a LLOP Predominantly preloaded trailers expected from mid November Ongoing work, 7-day operation Shift Patterns Available 4 on / 4 off 5 on / 3 off 6 on / 2 off Start times will remain relatively consistent throughout the week, with some flexibility required. Pay & Benefits £210 per shift – LTD £190 per shift - PAYE Flat daily rate for both AM and PM shifts Regular ongoing bookings Temp-to-perm opportunities Flexible working patterns Immediate starts available Driver Requirements Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Previous refrigerated or RDC delivery experience advantageous Comfortable using a LLOP to load and unload Reliable, punctual and flexible with start times Minimum 1 year driving experience LTD drivers preferred.
