We are currently recruiting an experienced Side Loader Driver for a busy and growing engineered timber department based in Cradley Heath & Old Hill. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable weekday hours and long-term career potential.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
- 38.75 hours per week
- 45-minute lunch break
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
Pay & Benefits
- £14 per hour starting rate depending on experience
- Temp-to-perm position

Your Responsibilities
- Operating a sideloader safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles using MHE
- Picking and packing finished goods
- Supporting the Engineered Timber Department
- Maintaining quality and safety standards
- Assisting supervisors and production staff with daily operations
- Ensuring machinery and equipment are used correctly
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years sideloader experience
- Current C1 Licence (required)
