We are currently recruiting an experienced Side Loader Driver for a busy and growing engineered timber department based in Cradley Heath & Old Hill. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable weekday hours and long-term career potential.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • 38.75 hours per week
  • 45-minute lunch break
  • Two paid 15-minute breaks

Your Responsibilities

  • Operating a sideloader safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles using MHE
  • Picking and packing finished goods

  • Assisting supervisors and production staff with daily operations
  • Ensuring machinery and equipment are used correctly

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years sideloader experience
  • Current C1 Licence (required)
  • Reliable and safety-conscious approach
