Job Description HGV Shunter Driver 4 On 4 Off \n Location: Chesterfield (S44) Pay: Up to £22.95 per hour Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off Job Type: 12 Week Temp to Perm Opportunity \n 365 People are currently recruiting for experienced HGV Shunter Drivers to join our client on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. \n This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and experienced HGV drivers looking for regular ongoing work, a consistent shift pattern and competitive rates of pay. \n The Role \n As an HGV Shunter Driver, you will be responsible for: \n \n Moving HGV vehicles and trailers safely around the site \n Positioning trailers correctly for loading and unloading \n Carrying out yard movements as required \n Completing daily vehicle checks \n Working closely with the transport and warehouse teams \n Following all site health and safety procedures \n Ensuring all movements are carried out safely and efficiently \n \n Pay Rates \n PAYE \n \n Monday to Friday: £16.50 per hour excluding holiday pay / £17.93 including holiday pay \n Saturday: £17.48 per hour excluding holiday pay / £19.59 including holiday pay \n Sunday: £18.98 per hour excluding holiday pay / £21.17 including holiday pay \n \n LTD Company Drivers \n \n Monday to Friday: £20.95 per hour \n Saturday: £21.95 per hour \n Sunday: £22.95 per hour \n \n Requirements \n \n Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence \n Previous HGV shunting or yard experience is preferred \n Good understanding of vehicle safety and yard procedures \n Reliable and punctual \n Good communication skills \n Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n \n Working Pattern \n \n 4 days on / 4 days off \n Regular ongoing work \n Full training and site induction provided where required \n AM & PM start times available \n \n If you are an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for a regular 4 on, 4 off shunting position, apply today. \n For more information, please contact 365 People Coventry. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
