Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Project Coordinator

• Manage multiple customer projects end to end, from initial brief through to completion
• Plan project schedules, deadlines, resources and requirements
• Coordinate transport, deliveries, installation teams and external suppliers
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing regular progress updates
• Monitor live projects and resolve delays or operational issues quickly
• Ensure materials and equipment arrive at the right place, at the right time
• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep internal systems up to date
• Reprioritise effectively when plans change while keeping projects on track
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and service delivery

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in project coordination, logistics coordination, transport planning, operations, supply chain or distribution
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidence making decisions under pressure
• Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and quick to learn new systems
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

This role would suit candidates currently working as a Project Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Planner, Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Retail Project Coordinator, Installations Coordinator, Point of Sale (POS) Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Account Manager within logistics, retail, construction, fit-out or distribution.
