ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Production Operator to join our garment decoration team. Our production team is fully cross-trained across screen printing, embroidery and digital print, enabling us to adapt to changing customer demand and production schedules. As a member of the team, you'll work across all departments and be assigned where capacity is needed most, ensuring orders are completed efficiently without compromising on quality. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys learning new skills, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and thrives in a collaborative production environment. Key Responsibilities: Work across screen printing, embroidery and digital print departments as required by production demand. Prepare jobs for production, including screen preparation, ink colour mixing and machine setup. Operate screen printing equipment, including automatic presses using water-based inks. Operate embroidery and digital print equipment to produce high-quality finished garments. Work overtime and/or stagger hours where required to support production schedules, client demand and business needs. Accurately interpret work orders, production schedules and PDF proofs. Carry out quality checks throughout the production process. Meet daily production and quality targets. Maintain screens, machinery and equipment, carrying out routine maintenance and reporting faults when necessary. Arrange for screens to be de-hazed or re-stretched as required. Monitor stock levels of inks, threads and other production consumables. Update job progress using our Order Management System. Work closely with colleagues across production and logistics to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Organise workload efficiently and adapt to changing priorities. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Follow all company policies and health
