Finstech is partnering with an Ipswich based B2B technology integrator that designs, delivers and supports secure IT infrastructure solutions across the UK, specialising in cybersecurity, WiFi, networking, CCTV and access control. Due to business expansion, there is an opportunity for 2 motivated and energetic individuals to join the Sales department, to take ownership of part of the existing portfolio and look to grow the client base.
The successful candidate will work hand-in-hand with vendor partners and in-house engineering teams to shape solutions, drive projects and build long-term revenue streams, with realistic expectations for someone joining without an extensive existing pipeline. Ideally, you will already have technology sales experience but, if you are earlier in your career, and have the right attitude, resilience and communication skills to grow into the role, we would welcome an application.
The role is paying a basic salary of up to £35,000 with a generous, uncapped commission structure also in place, which should see the successful candidate realistically earning between £40k-£60k OTE in year 1. The role is based full time in the Ipswich office, so you will need to be within a commutable distance to be considered. Some flexibility may be available for candidates with previous technical sales experience but 5 days in the office would be required for any junior candidates.
This is a great opportunity to join a well established, growing business with an excellent track record in providing their staff with an environment that enables success. If you are looking for a role with autonomy, credible solutions to sell and the backing of a specialist team to help win and deliver complex projects, this one is for you!
