The Role
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in infrastructure, providing analysis, documentation, diagramming, solutions, and system integration. This hands-on role requires a good understanding of systems and their environments, offering variety and growth opportunities. In this role, you will analyze problems, offer solutions, test and modify systems, and participate in strategic planning. You will work with various platforms, involving early solution proposals, risk identification, and client engagement. Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Experience- 10+ years of experience with middleware products: WebSphere, Weblogic, WebSphere Liberty, Apache, IBM HTTP Server, LDAP, SSO setup, preferred UCD
- Strong networking, API, and web services knowledge
- Proficient in SSL certificate renewal
- Middleware installation, configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Deployment management and system performance analysis
- Experience supporting Disaster Recovery
- Knowledge of hosting components: Networking, Load balancers, Clustering, Webservers
- ITIL processes, SLA management, and communication skills
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), improvement recommendations, and remediation
- Knowledge of Urban Code Deploy (UCD) and shell scripting is a plus
- Patching and maintenance at N-1 levels
- Security best practices, access controls, and data encryption
- Industry trends, emerging technologies, and middleware management
- Vulnerability management and troubleshooting skills
