As Senior Institutional Sales Manager UK/IRL, you will drive the growth of our institutional franchise across the region, combining strategic business development with the management of key client relationships. In today’s evolving FX and institutional landscape, clients value trusted advisors who understand market structure, regulation, and technology, and can translate complexity into practical solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across trading, treasury, operations, and management, you will deliver consultative, data-driven engagement and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the execution of 360T’s Institutional Sales strategy across UK/IRL
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth and regional business expansion in line with commercial objectives
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across institutional clients and prospects
  • Generate qualified leads and expand 360T’s institutional market footprint across the UK & Ireland
  • Arrange and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions with key institutional stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding, go-live, and commercial negotiations
  • Build strategic client relationships through consultative and solution-oriented engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients to maximise long-term revenue potential
  • Develop relationships with industry associations, consultants, and key market infrastructure providers including TMS, PMS, and OMS vendors
  • Collaborate closely with local and global LP Account Management teams
  • Partner with the global sales organisation to drive cross-regional opportunities and strengthen international client relationships
  • Gather market intelligence through client engagement and industry interaction, translating insights into actionable business strategies
  • Monitor and analyse client trading activity to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion
  • Proactively engage clients to deepen relationships and enhance client value

Market Presence & Networking

  • Represent 360T at industry events, client meetings, and networking initiatives to strengthen market presence and expand professional networks

Your Profile

  • Strong institutional sales background with an established network across the UK & Ireland financial markets community
  • Proven track record in selling treasury, trading, workflow, or financial technology solutions to institutional clients
  • Solid understanding of Global Markets, FX, treasury environments, and the evolving institutional trading landscape
  • Ability to build trusted client relationships through consultative engagement, strategic advisory, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Credible, commercially driven, and confident in managing both commercial and technical client discussions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a high level of professionalism and execution focus
  • Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Degree in finance, business administration, economics, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
