What you will be doing:
- Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls, email support, and live chat
- Learn and navigate the 360insights solution to answer customer inquiries
- Enhance customer experience by capturing data, providing feedback, and suggesting solutions
What you’ll bring to this role:
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
