We are searching for a CRM Operations Manager to supercharge our customer communications. You’ll build extraordinary campaigns and leverage our new CRM platforms to create personalized experiences that turn customers into fans. From day-to-day campaigns to strategic lifecycle management, you’ll be making customer engagement magic happen.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Operations Lead to drive retention and loyalty ensuring a material step-change in personalization and targeting of our automated communications by harnessing our data.
  • Own the build, setup, targeting, testing, and execution of campaigns and lifecycle communications in Braze across channels including email, push notifications, in-app/in-browser messages, SMS, and other digital channels to deliver measurable impact.
  • Lead the end-to-end testing of campaigns and Canvas, working with the wider team to ensure it’s completed across communications channels.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to conversion rates and campaign Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Drive ongoing operational efficiencies by improving processes and championing communication best practices across the business.

What you’ll need

  • CRM/Marketing Automation experience executing and optimizing consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Experience using Braze is a considerable advantage.
  • Data analytics expertise for targeted, personalized marketing.
  • Sharp project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Loyalty program expertise is a plus.
  • HTML/front-end development skills are a plus.
  • Braze or marketing automation platform qualifications are a plus.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment, with the ability to react quickly to change.
  • A passion-driven, can-do attitude, and always ready to challenge the status quo.

Extra Details

  • Role type: Permanent
  • Location: London hub (approx. once per week) & your home space
  • Salary: £46,000 – £53,000 plus bonus
  • Working hours: Full time – flexible working options available
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including unlimited leave, health care, family support, and a learning budget.
