We are partnered with an International Luxury Fashion house who are renowned for their heritage and exceptional quality, combining tradition and innovation across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and fragrances. In this role, we are looking for an accomplished Team Manager to join an experienced team based in Edinburgh. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will drive and develop a high performing team to achieve success. In this role you will foster a first-class, client centric culture, creating excitement on the shop floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver first class customer service
  • Observe and monitor team performance being shopfloor present, providing regular feedback and coaching to develop, motivate and retain team.
  • Able to drive a team to achieve sales targets and deliver on KPI’s.
  • Observe product performance to understand and identify improvements to achieve business goals.
  • Leads a client centric ethos with a strong focus on CRM.
  • With a deep understanding of existing customer base and ability to elevate a new client base.
  • Drive and develop product knowledge through training to inspire storytelling and consistent excellent sales ability throughout team.
  • Focused on upholding best practice on shop floor and back-of-house.

Qualities:

  • Proven experience within a Retail Leadership role, managing teams of up to 7
  • With a passion for Fashion, ideally with a background in Luxury Fashion / Retail.
  • Commercially aware with good business acumen.
  • Enjoys a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • A flair for nurturing, coaching and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English.
  • A keen interest in Fashion, Art, Culture & Lifestyle.
