RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Store Manager and ASM in leading daily operations.
  • Drive team performance through presence and active coaching on the floor.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and embed a clienteling culture.
  • Contribute to commercial decisions and support with visual merchandising and stock flow.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury or premium retail leadership role.
  • Confident in driving KPIs and motivating teams to exceed targets.
  • Strong service mindset with a passion for styling and building client relationships.
  • Proactive, energetic, and ready to take ownership on the shop floor.
