As Supervisor, you will lead by example on the shop floor of a prestigious London department store, ensuring an exceptional client experience while supporting the team in achieving commercial excellence.

Responsibilities

Drive store performance by supporting daily operations, team motivation, and client engagement.

Deliver exceptional service while fostering a warm and knowledgeable environment for a discerning clientele.

Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors, ensuring high standards in clienteling, presentation, and performance.

Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the brand\’s legacy of excellence in both product knowledge and store standards.

Support with stock management, training, and onboarding of new team members.

Collaborate with the management team to execute visual merchandising directives and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

Previous supervisory or senior sales experience within luxury retail.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

A refined and client-focused approach, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organised, commercially aware, and committed to delivering results.
