About the Role:

As Supervisor, you will lead by example on the shop floor of a prestigious London department store, ensuring an exceptional client experience while supporting the team in achieving commercial excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive store performance by supporting daily operations, team motivation, and client engagement.
- Deliver exceptional service while fostering a warm and knowledgeable environment for a discerning clientele.
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors, ensuring high standards in clienteling, presentation, and performance.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the brand’s legacy of excellence in both product knowledge and store standards.
- Support with stock management, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute visual merchandising directives and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or senior sales experience within luxury retail.
