About the Role:

Join a renowned British luxury house celebrated for its refined craftsmanship and timeless accessories. As Supervisor, you will lead by example on the shop floor of a prestigious London department store, ensuring an exceptional client experience while supporting the team in achieving commercial excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive store performance by supporting daily operations, team motivation, and client engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional service while fostering a warm and knowledgeable environment for a discerning clientele.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors, ensuring high standards in clienteling, presentation, and performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the brand’s legacy of excellence in both product knowledge and store standards.
  • Support with stock management, training, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Collaborate with the management team to execute visual merchandising directives and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or senior sales experience within luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A refined and client-focused approach, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and heritage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
