RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all store operations to ensure commercial and operational excellence
  • Deliver and exceed KPIs including sales, payroll, stock and cost management

  • Ensure effective back-of-house operations to support trading and compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in lifestyle or premium retail
