RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all store operations to ensure commercial and operational excellence
  • Deliver and exceed KPIs including sales, payroll, stock and cost management
  • Maintain high standards in customer experience and store presentation
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with brand values
  • Ensure effective back-of-house operations to support trading and compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in lifestyle or premium retail
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent team leadership with a focus on development and motivation
  • Strong operational knowledge including stock management and visual standards
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and cultivating client relationships
