The Role:
We are seeking a commercially driven, customer-focused Store Manager to deliver operational excellence and drive performance at our Cardiff location
Key Responsibilities:
- Run of the store, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are achieved
- Deliver exceptional customer service, leading by example and fostering a client-focused culture
- Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory processes
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed consistently
Profile & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant management or Store manager role within premium/luxury retail, ideally menswear
- Proven track record of driving sales and supporting commercial success
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
- A genuine passion for fashion and tailoring
