STORE MANAGER – MENSWEAR

Cardiff

Salary up to £38,000 + Bonus

Full-Time, 40 Hours – Permanent

The Role:

We are seeking a commercially driven, customer-focused Store Manager to deliver operational excellence and drive performance at our Cardiff location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run of the store, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are achieved
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, leading by example and fostering a client-focused culture
  • Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage stock levels, deliveries, and inventory processes
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all health, safety, and operational procedures are followed consistently

Profile & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant management or Store manager role within premium/luxury retail, ideally menswear
  • Proven track record of driving sales and supporting commercial success
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
  • A genuine passion for fashion and tailoring
