We are partnering with an International Luxury Fashion house who are renowned for their heritage and exceptional quality, combining tradition and innovation across ready-to-wear, accessories, leather goods and fragrances. In this role, we are looking for an accomplished Store Director, based in a renowned London location.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will drive and develop a high performing team to achieve success. In this pivotal role you will foster a first-class, client centric culture, creating excitement on the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
- Achieves business objectives and can develop solid strategic plans.
- Nurtures a high achieving team by empowering people. Being shop floor present and leading from the front; able to create excitement on the shop floor.
- Drives a client centric ethos with a strong focus on CRM. Possesses a deep understanding of existing customer base and ability to elevate a new client base.
- Connects with other key corporate functions Visual, Merchandising, Operations; has the ability to influence others.
- Focused on upholding best practice on shop floor and back-of-house.
- In partnership with HR, has a strong focus on team, retention and developing key talent within.
Qualities:
- Proven experience within a Senior Retail Leadership role, managing large teams, ideally minimum of 5 years.
- Solid background within Luxury RTW, Accessories or Fine Jewellery.
- Commercially aware with strong business acumen.
- Enjoys fast paced, dynamic environment.
- A flair for managing, coaching and developing a team.
- Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English.
