Job Summary: You will support the Showroom Sales Team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll play a key role in engaging clients, offering tailored product advice, and ensuring the highest standards of service and showroom presentation. Your contribution will be vital in strengthening customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers into the showroom, providing a warm and professional hospitality experience.
- Deliver an exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively listen and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld.
- Offer detailed product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and ensure goods are properly stored and displayed.
- Inspect all products for quality and report any damages.
- Utilize company tools including quote/project registration, traffic registration, and CRM systems effectively.
- Expand the customer database through accurate client data registration and profiling.
- Support the Showroom Manager and Retail Director with events and promotional activities.
- Prepare and analyze sales and customer relations reports to provide actionable insights.
- Handle customer complaints and service suggestions professionally and proactively.
- Assist in implementing showroom programs and executing operational and organizational goals.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end furniture, or a similar premium goods industry is preferred.
