Deliver engaging training across our retail network, both in-store and at Head Office.

Champion colleague development and support continuous learning initiatives.

Build strong product knowledge across all Retail services.

Coach colleagues on the shop floor to improve sales performance and customer experience.

Support the implementation and evaluation of new learning initiatives.

Create impactful learning materials using a variety of training methods and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience designing and delivering engaging learning and development programmes.
  • Strong understanding of training needs analysis and tailored learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
  • Confidence using digital learning tools and interactive training methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
